Au commencement de cette histoire était un simple être humain, mais en proie à de terribles souffrances intérieures. Détruit, anéanti par des épreuves de vie, il vit une souffrance et un mal-être intérieur quasiment insoutenables, chaque jour de sa vie sans exception, pendant des années entières.
C’est un véritable parcours de la vie contre la mort, de l’espoir contre le désespoir, de sa lumière contre ses ombres intérieures.
Honte, culpabilité, auto-critique, échec, peurs, doutes etc. font partie de son quotidien sans exception, sans savoir comment en sortir, impuissant, sans aucun but et aucun sens à sa vie.

Et au fil des années et d’un nombre de combats intérieurs incalculables, Frédéric Duclot trouve une Force de plus en plus grande en lui-même.
Tout au fond de lui il va chercher l’espoir, le courage, la foi, la détermination, la joie, l’optimisme, la persévérance acharnée, la fierté, l’amour envers soi-même et envers autrui, le pardon. Un à un il va se battre contre tous ses démons intérieurs, et finir par les vaincre.
On peut véritablement dire qu’il Renaît de ses cendres.
Au fil des années il se transforme complètement, opérant des changements immenses au plus profond de lui-même et de sa vie. Tout au long de sa vie (et encore aujourd’hui!) on lui dit à quel point il a changé, évolué. C’est une véritable soif de VIVRE, d’ACCOMPLISSEMENT DE SOI, d’ALTRUISME et de SENS qui l’anime de plus en plus au plus profond de lui, chaque jour, chaque souffle.

Ces luttes intérieures, il a choisi donc de les transformer en plusieurs choses :
D’abord, une énergie de vie indestructible, une volonté intérieure inébranlable à s’Accomplir de la manière la plus profonde qui puisse être.
- En cultivant de plus en plus toutes les grandes Forces et Beautés qu’il y a en potentiel en lui-même comme dans chaque être humain.
- Trouver, apprendre, développer sans cesse ces Forces et ces Beautés intérieures, la Grandeur de l’Homme.
Ensuite, une conscience extrêmement aigüe la la fragilité et de la préciosité de l’existence. La pleine conscience de la réalité de la mort, qui nous attend inévitablement, et peut nous frapper chaque jour de notre vie. Et donc la volonté immense à vivre son existence au maximum de ses possibilité, à vouloir vivre cette vie unique d’une manière insurpassable, car tout est possible, et que nous n’aurons jamais deux fois cette chance unique.
La recherche active et les réponses trouvées, de ce qui fait une vie incroyable de Sens.

Il a mieux compris l’importance de l’Amour, de la responsabilité que nous avons de faire au maximum le Bien dans notre vie, et du Sens profond et même absolu que cela peut lui donner.
Aujourd’hui, il est un être humain comme les autres, avec ses forces et ses faiblesses, mais il est animé au fond de lui-même par un authentique amour altruiste qu’il cultive sans cesse, à faire le bien. C’est la plus profonde et sincère motivation qui anime ses actes chaque jour de sa vie.
